Donido.art Online Shop — effective from March 2026Our pieces are handcrafted in Svalbard, Norway — one of the most remote inhabited places on Earth. Every order is packed with care and shipped directly from Longyearbyen. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Shipping — Where We Ship
We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to most countries — if you are unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at shop@donido.art before placing your order.
Shipping — Processing Time
Each order is prepared and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas) processing may take a little longer — we will let you know by email if this is the case.
Shipping — Delivery Times
Svalbard has unique postal conditions — all mail goes via mainland Norway before reaching its destination. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Norway (mainland) — 5–10 business days
- Europe — 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world — 15–30 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to postal and customs processing times, which are outside our control. We recommend placing orders well in advance for gifts or special occasions.
Shipping — Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact cost is shown before you confirm your purchase.
Shipping — Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number where available. Not all destinations support full tracking — we will always let you know what is available for your shipment.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped outside Norway may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country’s authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
We are unable to predict or control customs fees. If you are unsure about import regulations in your country, please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Returns — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To initiate a return, contact us at shop@donido.art within the 14-day period. You must then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and packed securely. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer.
Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items produced to your individual specifications.
Returns — Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund — including the original standard shipping cost — within 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us at shop@donido.art as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the situation promptly.
A note on natural materials: Each piece is made from organic materials — reindeer antler, Arctic coal, driftwood, and others. Natural variation in colour, texture, and appearance is not a defect. It is what makes every piece of Donido jewellery truly one of a kind.
